Start dates depend on the type and size of work. For smaller discovery or audit-style engagements we can often start within 1–2 weeks once scope and commercials are agreed. For larger builds or dedicated teams we typically plan a short preparation window for onboarding, environment setup and aligning the roadmap before kickoff.

Yes. For clearly defined outcomes we can work on a fixed-scope, milestone-based engagement. For longer roadmaps or evolving products we recommend a dedicated team model with a stable squad that works as an extension of your in-house team. In many cases we combine both: a fixed first phase followed by a dedicated or retainer-style setup.

We are comfortable signing NDAs at the start of the conversation, especially for sensitive or proprietary products. On active projects we limit access to the right people only, avoid sharing credentials in plain text, and follow secure development practices that align with your internal policies.
